The official launch of Melbourne Children’s Global Health (MCGH) will be held at The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne on Friday 14 December.

MCGH is an initiative of the Melbourne Children’s Campus – a partnership of the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute; The University of Melbourne, Department of Paediatrics; and The Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne. It aims to reduce inequity and improve child and adolescent health in disadvantaged populations globally through partnerships in research, public health, education and advocacy.

It will be followed by a full-day seminar program celebrating the substantial progress that has been made in global child and adolescent health and outlining current challenges, areas for action and what can be achieved through the Sustainable Development Goals. You can view the full program and list of speakers here.

This event is free to attend but registration is essential for catering purposes.

To register: Email [email protected] stating: “I would like to attend the launch event and seminar” OR “I would like to attend the launch event only”.
