  2. These Terms and Conditions of use are stipulated for the RDI Network website by the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID), as the legal authority of the RDI Network.

  1. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by any third party. This includes conduct which is unlawful or which may cause distress or inconvenience to any person, the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption to the website.

Accounts

  1. When you create an account with us as a Standard or Expert member, you must provide us information that is accurate and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions, which may result in termination of your membership account on the website.
  2. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access your membership account and for any activities or actions under your password.
  3. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
