RDI Network is at the development stage of creating a collection of case studies, and other practical learning tools to supplement the Research Communication and Uptake snapshot that will support research producers and users to enhance their skills and develop new ways of working.
The supporting resources will be collated from existing thought leadership around Australia and internationally, including from outside the development sector, and be presented online in a new user-friendly database.
Following the development of the snapshot which explored what already exists and produced recommendations the case studies will be based on, we are now keen to appoint a project steering group. We are seeking a further 5 voluntary members to join the group. You will need to: have skills and interest in better use and impact of research; be prepared to commit time to regularly attend steering groups (initially monthly); able to participate in processes to appoint consultants and review content; be generous in sharing and offering your knowledge and expertise.
The steering group will work with the Network secretariat, providing advice and direction, and facilitating linkages to others in their institution or Network as needs.
If you would like to be considered as a new steering group member for this six month project please contact Hansika Bhagani at RDI Network to find out more about the project and how to apply.
